DIE OR DIET?

Hello, i feel this desicion i have made will change the way i preform and the way i do things period.

where to start ah yes,when i woke this morning i said to myself "rob, get your fat ass up and do somthing with your life" i was right i needed to do somthing, i read this artical on the internet about how people lost drastic weight just by motivation and de-turm-ma-nation, many people read those get built quick ads on the internet, they are a bunch of shit only listen to your doc he knows whats right, and furthermore diet and excercise seems to be what everybody is saying but guess what thats all it is.

If you would just stick to your plan and count your calories you should be losing weigth in no time at all. im no professinal i felt the pain of eating right yesterday and today...gosh wheat bread low sodium meat dude talk about not eating good. i rather eat a giant bowl of shrimp freind rice, but thata what many people say and thats why they are the same size.

i want to be healthy, be a role model to my family and freinds so they can look up to me...i saw a video of me the other day "uuurrrp" i almost threw-up, i was feeling sick, sweaty and dizzy its hard on your body at first but hopefully ill get the hang of it, my family has a record of bad heart problems and all that so im not gonna go through that too, this is not only for popularity, it's for me and my long healthy living life.

If looking at yourself makes you sick maybe change is not such a bad thing...

It was 2-9-08 ,

me and my cuzins went to see a play at kelly high, i was all for it.

i love my cuzins, Rilla and J-ku but damn i loved jenny's freind alot too.

Jenny was talking about her freind waleska or somthing, while me and her chilled in the room prank callin people, leaving dumb messages.

i was thinking waleska? probably a chunky mexican girl that isnt good looking. dood was i wrong as a matter of fact i was very wrong...

lets start from the bottom and work our way up here.

long straight black smooth silky hair, beautiful dark brown eyes, nice vanilla and chocolate complextion, gorgeous smile, cute dimples and...i can go on, not to mention a rock solid taste for rock, including tenacius D and others. loves video games! video games! loves to laugh...heh laugh, great body may i say she is not just a perfect piece of art, cause this masterpiece was ment to be held and cuddled, and loved. yeah she can get a little crazy but hey whos to say that right? god she is so fun...i met her and i couldnt stop looking at her at first i didnt say nothing, i get really shy and all, but when i heard she was sleeping over i was like cha-ching! when we got in my cuz's ride, jen and waleska sat in the back, i made all of them bust their asses laughing, shit i dont mean to brag but thats the kinda shit you should exspect from meh mutha fugga! after that it was like 11:32 it was early as hell so the day was very long and so was the night. it was so much fun my cuzins are off the chain and then to throw in an awsome sexy girl in there forget it man, waleska is a mexirican yeah good traits. the night ended great i didnt get much sleep but it was all worth getting to know waleska more.so in the morning waleska and jen made pancakes and french toast i sat and watched. im good at that. that day sucked but it was alright. waleska had to go home that night so we dropped off my auntie and then waleska, she had her head resting on my shoulder the whole ride and i felt loved for once , forreal, i was loved even though i only knew her for like two friggin days i was enchanted by her grace,then we stopped by her house she kissed me on the cheek and gave me a big hug and lefted, oh and after that we came home and made this awsome ass 30 second song on music maker delux edition bitches!

so thats it guys, a good story about my life right now in th chi-town area!
