DIE OR DIET?
Hello, i feel this desicion i have made will change the way i preform and the way i do things period.
where to start ah yes,when i woke this morning i said to myself "rob, get your fat ass up and do somthing with your life" i was right i needed to do somthing, i read this artical on the internet about how people lost drastic weight just by motivation and de-turm-ma-nation, many people read those get built quick ads on the internet, they are a bunch of shit only listen to your doc he knows whats right, and furthermore diet and excercise seems to be what everybody is saying but guess what thats all it is.
If you would just stick to your plan and count your calories you should be losing weigth in no time at all. im no professinal i felt the pain of eating right yesterday and today...gosh wheat bread low sodium meat dude talk about not eating good. i rather eat a giant bowl of shrimp freind rice, but thata what many people say and thats why they are the same size.
i want to be healthy, be a role model to my family and freinds so they can look up to me...i saw a video of me the other day "uuurrrp" i almost threw-up, i was feeling sick, sweaty and dizzy its hard on your body at first but hopefully ill get the hang of it, my family has a record of bad heart problems and all that so im not gonna go through that too, this is not only for popularity, it's for me and my long healthy living life.
If looking at yourself makes you sick maybe change is not such a bad thing...

Actually, you shouldn't be losing weight to, -even partly-, trying to be a rolemodel for your family or anybody else.
If you feel uncomfortable about your weight, you should definately try and make a decision. You should understand if you're having real trouble with your weight, time has come to do something about it! :D
Try to stop searching for those diets. I know, I sound like a tard, but stop it, they do more bad than good. I've had lots of experience with diets, and most of them are really bad and after a while... You'll be so hungry you'll even want to kill somebody :O
Anyway, the best thing to lose weight is to move. To walk, jog, run, or whatever you call it.... And I don't mean in that costy-gym, no, you should run in open-air!
Believe me, it is a great excercice! Try searching for 'running-schedules' or make your own. First day, run for 1 min. non-stop, 2nd day you'll run 3min., .... etc.
At any rate, the most important thing is to get out of your room, run a while, come back, and do whatever you're good in again. Also, learn to like running, and don't see it as a torture! Take your Ipod with you if you don't feel comfortable the first time doing it, it should give you a boost.
